  • A nighttime inspection finds low-visibility devices, signs, or lighting.

How It Is Corrected

  • Clean or replace devices and signs for retroreflectivity and provide adequate, glare-controlled lighting.

How It Can Be Prevented Upstream

  • Plan retroreflective devices and lighting for night work and inspect at night.
