Confirm the permit is approved, not just submitted.
Confirm the approved traffic control plan reflects any agency corrections.
Confirm the approved plan and permit will travel with the crew.

Coordination Complete

Confirm required public or construction notices have gone out on schedule.
Confirm coordination with transit, parking, and emergency services where affected.
Confirm allowed work hours are understood by the crew.

Crew & Materials Ready

Confirm the devices and materials on the plan are loaded and in good condition.
Confirm the crew has reviewed the setup and their roles.
Confirm trained personnel (e.g., flaggers) are assigned where required.
